• Part of the Service Provider team, moving the entire application portfolio and processes of one biggest leading chemical companies (Lanxess) into a managed cloud hosted solution.
• My responsibilities include managing the e2e planning and delivery, in a complex stakeholder landscape with multiple supplier (VF, Accenture, IBM, Virtuestream, DeLL/EMC ) a solution across multiple Cloud DCs driven by very strict contractual obligations.
• Lead of the work-stream responsible of all processes design and rollout. This includes the process definition and implementation across two e-bonded ServiceNow instances which is used as the main ITIL service management tool interface.
