Key Responsibility
Interims Consultancy as Vice President Operation for two plants for Xiezhong Automotive (Parts) Co Ltd, in Nanjing and Kenitra Morocco in cooperation with PSA Europe, with full responsibility of all Plant activities and P&L.
Monitor Xiezhong company transformation plan to account for CMP HVAC module devel-opment/industrialization lessons learned and PSA expectations
Ramp up support for Hiring and training process, layout optimization for Storage location of incoming materials and finished goods including FIFO management and internal logistic
Implementation of Quality controls and standard appropriation by workers, Production KPI: Volumes, Scrap Rate, OEE Efficiency and Sequencing delivery management
