Coaching & Consulting:
- Coach C-Suite’s on company culture and the impact of mindset
- Coach and consult C-Suite’s, departments, subsidiaries & partners on project planning, collaboration and project execution
- Provide a leadership and feedback process that enables C-Suite’s and leads to frequently and sustainably interact with and develop employees
- Provide guidance to create a company mission statement as well as
- Project- and team vision statements
PMO:
- Establish a Project Management Office
- Establish a replacement for a stage gate process, which accounts for executive requirements and agile development principles
- Establish a collaboration process for C-Suite, project teams, project stakeholders and support departments to interact, provide support, transparency and project steering
- Establish a ‘Community of Practice’-process for project management, product management, design, etc., to align and exchange knowledge across projects
