Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include but not limited to manage system upgrades (complete cycle from receiving the hardware labeling, assigning, staging & delivering to user collecting old legacy) physically to a 4000 Dell PC’s & Tablets and 1300 HVDs within a pre-defined timeline. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics where required, Regular and accurate reporting to Project Manager & customer, maintaining records of both progress and issues alike, relying information and providing guidance where required. Liaise with internal Project team and customer, relaying technical issues. Manage personal tasks in line with schedule of works. Managing the records / assets in DMS, helping warehouse and deployment team for smooth operations.
