During my time at Check24, a leading fintech company specializing in online product and service comparisons, my primary focus was on Frontend development. My notable achievements included:

Frontend Transformation: Spearheaded a significant transformation by refactoring our frontend with React and seamlessly integrating Redux with Redux-thunk. Additionally, I streamlined our development workflow by transitioning from Webpack to Vite and incorporated TailwindCSS. I also took on the role of mentoring the team in adopting this new stack. Also, I Implemented an image CDN for our application by leveraging sst.dev and AWS S3 bucket infrastructure.
Feature Ownership: Assumed responsibility for developing specific features within our application, ensuring their successful implementation and functionality.
Code Reviews and Mentorship: Actively engaged in code reviews, providing valuable feedback to improve code quality. I played a key role in guiding and mentoring junior developers, contributing to their growth and development. Additionally, I took on a broader responsibility for our frontend development efforts.
Senior Promotion: In my second year, I earned a promotion to Senior, recognizing my contributions and expertise. Thus, I was entrusted with the development and supervision of a new product utilizing web components.

My time at Check24 not only allowed me to significantly impact the company's frontend infrastructure, and contribute to the development of new products but also marked a pivotal moment in my career and programming knowledge. It provided me with the opportunity to work on complex software with a substantial impact and a wide-reaching user base.
