- Support of the Vice President in his daily business, e.g. E-Mails, phone calls
- Collaboration and coordination with Purchasing, IT Controlling / Controlling and Assistant to the CIO
- Budget planning of the running costs and support in project and CAPEX planning
- Proof and release of OPEX applications
- Controlling of the running costs for IT Infrastructure
- Checking and editing of invoices for projects and running costs
- Support for the PMO team and lead in project coordination, project controlling, budget and resource-planning
- Participation in creating, implementing and adjusting of management strategies, guidelines and standards
- Developing of project / organization and communication charts
- Preparation and creation of project documents
