#Introducing the special Recaro Sport Seat in L538 program with the development timeline of around 18 months. Initiating, planning, execution and controlling of special seat with plastic backshell being designed to meet premium OEM specification right from assessing, analysing, validating scope/requirements and negotiating deviations with the focus on budget for reqmnts mgmt and validation monitored by gate reviews and executive reporting.
#Managing the parallel multiple program on JLR D8 platform and Multiple Ford & Toyota programs for standard seat with the development timeline of around 18-24 months. Take responsibility for the complete achievement of product definition in line with project master planning, budget and the program management system (PLUS). Monitoring / tracking RM projects using Scrum and Agile techniques with respect to budgeted cost and to ensure timely execution of projects.
#Core M&M project to enhance the organizations core product portfolio filled with business analysis activities right from interviewing the stakeholders till the review of TBL for analysing market and establishing target for core product with the timeline of around 12 months focusing on the central RM budget.

Requirements Management
- Assessing the need which includes activities related to understanding a business problem or opportunity and evaluating various inputs to help develop effective solution. RFQ and RFI response with technical risk assessment at Quote stage.
- Planning which includes establishing tools, policies and procedures for the requirements management plan, traceability, change management, document control and acceptance criteria to effectively manage the requirements management activities that will occur within the project. Defining Verification and Validation plan i.e. DVP&R and FEA Plan.
- Analysis which includes elicitation, analysis, decomposition, acceptance, approval, specification and validation of requirements for a product or project. Set Up TDM by analyzing requirements expectation (SOR) for the individual programs.
- Traceability and monitoring which includes continuous monitoring and documenting of requirements as well as the communication of the requirements status to stakeholders to manage the lifecycle of requirements. Maintain the requirement information in a local data pool (Auros/E2KS/DOORs/eFDVS) for history and documentation.
- Evaluation which includes testing the solution, determining if there are gaps and obtaining sign-offs to obtain the assessment of how well the delivered solution fulfills the need. Technical Risk Management with audits/evaluations with the program teams per milestone.

Lead the product development as part of the program team and as the technical project interface to the customer. Preparing BOM and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability, performance and quality goals. Managing overall operations for executing projects involving scoping, design & architecture, resource mobilization, execution within cost & time parameters. Lead all FMEA studies (D&P-FMEA), QFD to define targets, DFM/DFA for feasibility.
