After more than 8 years working for a Munich based Bank in the IT-Department, planning and implementing complex IT-Solutions and Services, I founded SKYTEC AG. In the following almost 17 years, I raised the company to more than 200 employees and a revenue of more than 23 M€/year. Between 2006 and 2009 the company was awarded several times by the German Ministry of Economics as "Germany's best Workplace" in the SMB category. In 2012 the company was acquired by the Allgeier Group, a 500 M€ IT-Services enterprise company. After 2 years of intergrating SKYTEC into Allgeier business as a managing director, I left Allgeier in 2014 with the intention of founding a new company. This planned new entrepreneural activity had to be postponed until today due to several trusted advisory mandates on C-level for a munich private equity investment company and for the board of directors of the Messe München GmbH (Munich Trade Fair Company). During the last 2,5 years I also acted as a managing director for an investment company in one of their asset companies, performing a successfull turnaroud management and a M&A process.
