While working at Metoda as Product manager / Business Analyst I worked on the research called B2B customer segmentation which was initiated by the head product manager in response to the requirement of the customer with: why should we prioritise the requirement of the customer and how do we measure that?
Task:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
find those findings which helps Metoda to build a strong product market fit and to characterize them in order to make results measurable.
Research is splitted in two parts: Current best customer and B2B current customer segmentation in terms of value, prior and needs based.
Action:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My commitment included: communications with the team, brainstorming with Head PM, setting up priorities, presentations, research,data insight standardisation and statistical analysis.
Result:-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Result of the research helps Metoda to build a vision of who are current customers, who should Metoda prior and why.

Initiation of Head P.M After identifying current customer target groups was to understand what pain points did these target groups have on E commerce channels and to align them to the solution that Metoda offers. Outcomes of the research help Metoda to guid when questioning:
Why should our prior customer “X” over “Y”?
How should we choose to develop the feature “N” over “Z”?

My daily activities were ensuring the preparation of standard and non-standard reports which include KPIs of the logistic service performed across all the regions of Italy for 25 customers. These reports included

Deliver excellence analyses (Internal and external reports) agreed and approved by senior management.

In order to successfully deliver these KPIs measuring the performance of the delivery service, I had to navigate on the raw database, to manage, to analyze and to test inputs via Excel spreadsheets. Afterwards I had to report results to country lead business intelligence to approve them in order to communicate results to various stakeholders, clients and to respond to their questions regarding the KPI s.
