Stepping into the role of a Business Strategist for Seagic, a growing enterprise, I capitalized on my experience in designing business models in combination with the capabilities of ChatGPT to create a dynamic and practical business plan in record time. This wasn't a document meant for the drawers; instead, it serves as a living guide for the company's strategic decision-making and performance tracking.

My expertise enabled me to craft a business plan that incorporated all the necessary sections, including executive summary, company description, market analysis, organization and management, service and product line, marketing and sales, funding requests, financial projections, etc.

This holistic approach paved the way for a strategic alignment across the company, empowering various teams to work towards shared objectives and, ultimately, driving the business towards its goals.

Perhaps most notably, the implemented process bypassed the need for a traditional ERP system entirely. Instead, the plan serves as an adaptable and flexible tool, capable of evolving with the company's needs, marking a significant shift in how businesses could utilize AI to enhance strategic planning and daily operations.

WS Audiology, Project Manager, Hearing Aid Configuration Software Development, 2021-2022

Recruited by the Chief R&D officer to revitalize a long-struggling software development project based in Denmark. The software, a cloud-based solution for the configuration of hearing aids, is subject to complex regulatory conditions due to the medical nature of the devices. The project was fraught with uncertainties, stemming from individual roles to new technological adoption and elevated levels of cross-functional coordination.

- Conducted an in-depth analysis of the project's state, rapidly identifying a lack of accountability as the core issue disrupting progress.
- Implemented organizational changes to foster accountability, including the introduction of clear task descriptions, ownership tracking, and deadline agreements.
- Successfully advocated for the restructure of dreaded project milestones, particularly the completion of organization-wide artifacts coding.
- Fostered trust and cooperation between the German-led testing department and the Danish structure, paving the way for agile testing integration during the development phase.
- Persuaded upper management to abandon the initial coding milestone, replacing it with a more agile, transparent, and honest approach to project management.
- Through these strategic interventions, steered the project on a steady path towards recovery and success.

- Led the comprehensive readiness effort for Phoenix IT spanning contract management to address handling, ensuring organizational preparedness for the impending acquisition.
- Drew on international expertise to navigate complex cross-cultural negotiations, successfully advocating for Phoenix's specific interests with American stakeholders.
- Exhibited agility and strategic flexibility, transitioning from initial IT sale planning to the larger PMI project as corporate directives evolved.
- Was instrumental through to the final stages of negotiation, despite extensive delays from French antitrust authorities.
- Upon successful implementation post-tenure, the durability and effectiveness of the plans and negotiations I led were validated.
- My work in this role was recognized with a LinkedIn endorsement from Phoenix Pharma's Digital Board member, a testament to my significant contributions and professional acumen.
