Responsibility for outreach to stakeholders, researching, drafting and implementing the multifaceted communications plans, promoting NIB’s sustainable growth agenda and generating positive coverage around the financed projects in earned and owned media:
• Managed, created, and executed the delivery of digital communications channels: website, newsletter, and social media accounts. Owned digital communications strategy, development and innovation.
• Provided support to the organisation’s leadership in delivering external communications through organising and following up on interviews and media inquiries, authoring media contributions, developing case Q&As and media kits.
• In charge of projects focused on developing and releasing digital content: managing procurement budget and supervision of contractor services, defining project goals, specification, and selection criteria for external contractors.
• Managed and supervised cross-functional project teams in implementing website and newsletter renewals, including the architecture, functionality, content and design.
• Improved user experience on the website and implemented backend solutions to increase editors’ work efficiency. Sent out more than 70 newsletters, produced over 100 case articles and interviews, at least 300 press releases and news. Developed disclosure and public information policies, establishing transparency, confidentiality and quality criteria for the organisation’s corporate communications.
