Achievements:
• Migrated the Belux on-premise servers, applications (COTS and inhouse development), databases to Azure Cloud
• Belux started late in the Manpower EMEA region however the deadline could not be moved and was met
• None or outdated documentation available at start. Knowledge and migration plan have been documented for re-use.
• When maturity of testcases was not available, the business was given support in their effort.
• Resource availability was limited and priority project was downsized. Multiple migration efforts took place in parallel and made it very challenging for the team
