➢ Automated move in/out process

➢ CRM Product change functionality
➢ CRM replication scenario and related issues
➢ Gas MR Upload functionality
➢ Merchant service fee processing
➢ Marketing campaign message processing

• Detailed client process adherence

• Responsible for CAB (Change Authority Board) representation
