For me, it is always about delivering good results and doing so in a very determined way. I often pursue pragmatic approaches to solutions and question the benefit and added value of a requirement for the customer. Especially in the ServiceNow environment and based on the experiences I have made with previous customers, it is important to know that not everything that is feasible is also good. Often it is also crucial to stay close to the standard, e.g. to keep the platform upgradeable. In the long run, this has proven to be the better approach. Therefore, it is important to follow and communicate certain best practices during implementation.
