Lead user-centred research, design, and development of Kuelap’s core banking system for employees of microfinance cooperatives in emerging markets including Indonesia and Cameroon.
Collaborate with the startup’s CEO, CTO, and Senior Product Manager to create a backend dashboard for B2B users; pivot as needed to contribute to customer-facing, B2C mobile AI platform for loan applicants.
Travel to cooperatives in Indonesia and Kenya to meet with employers, understand their needs, conduct user research/testing, and gather requirements. Translate user feedback into dynamic product ideas.
