Key Responsibilities:
 Served as as an Associate Manager by handling three teams i.e. team of SAP controllers and team of supplier control, and team of freelance editorial administrator.
 Mange day-to-day operation, plan, co-ordinate and supervise 20+ direct and indirect reports in areas of operation and production.
 Attended business trips at client’s place to have a better understanding and strong business relationship.
 Review project SOW and all specified project documents to ensure a clear understanding of work scope.
 Ensure projects are appropriately staffed for meeting project requirements.
 Identify and analyze any potential project risks and develops effective risk mitigation plans to eliminate or minimize the risk.
 Handle performance review, appraisal and ratings
 Arrange proper training that team member has need for and determine the duties and responsibilities of individuals.
 Fix KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for the team, which helps me to evaluate their performance and success at reaching targets.
