Participation in the design, implementation and Go-Live of multiple IT systems of manufacturing industries. Deep engagement and support in the German-Sino projects.
⚫ Performance analysis:
System performance and KPI analysis, use data-driven approach to find potential risks and recommend business solutions to different stakeholders with presentations and dashboards;
⚫ Data analysis and validation:
Analysis and validation of system data with Excel, IDEA and KNIME (with a data volume up to 2.5 mio.);
⚫ Process analysis:
Interview with various project teams, evaluation and review of business processes in digital transformation (Supply chain management, purchase and sales, financial postings).
