• Handling of multiple projects without affecting the Projects deadline and also maintaining accuracy of the Bill of Materials of all the Sales orders.
• Supervision of interfaces between the configuration and the change management process.
• Management and control of master data in Enterprise Resource Planning system, which includes creation and updates to Material Masters, Bills of Materials, and Change Masters in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Further development of the change management process, including baseline and effectivity control
• Manage quality of impact analysis of changes, to minimize processing time and reliable planning.
• Coordination with material project manager to ensure correctness of critical part supplier lock if any & for all new releases before release.
• Monitoring the Supply Vs demand figures of all the parts within the order.
• Close interaction with the customer which helps in the forecasting of the unplanned materials.
• Training the new employees about company process and project procedures.
• Checking Core KPI Reports to Evenly distribute and prioritize the workload among team & Resource allocation based on the work load
• Ensuring fast and efficient change process in accordance to project scheduling and analyzing completeness, correctness, clarity and necessity of Change Requests.
• Involving in the Change Control Board Meetings as a one-point contact for any Change Requests, BOM Configurations & structuring.
• Establishing guidelines and policies for the management of the documentation for the assigned projects/changes.

• Having regular meetings and interaction with the Stakeholders like Material Managers, Engineering Change Engineer, Planner, Manufacturing Engineer & Suppliers around the Globe.
