Clean Energy Global enables its B2B customers to use or to offer BaaS (Battery-as-a-Service). We believe that e-mobility and energy transition will only work with smart swappable Clean Energy Pack (CEP) or other batteries with an IoT gateway Clean Energy Link (CEL) and energy cloud Clean Energy Net (CEN).

Über mich
Key role in the buildup and scaling of OC&C Strategy Consultants Middle East, including project acquisition and management across a wide range of sectors, recruitment as well as training and ongoing coaching of team members. The company was later merged with Oliver Wyman.
Built the strategy department of an organization of over 2500 employees:
Key supporter to director of the strategy department of a federal ministry in the UAE (including some interim management activities). Development of organization structure, documentation and execution of processes and procedures as well as automation of these processes, and recruitment of personnel. The department which directly reports to the Minister, developed the first strategy of the organization, managed a major reorganization, as well as a large-scale reform program and subsequently won the UAE government excellence award for the most improved ministry.
Built a national post-graduate training school:
Reporting to a minister of state, establishment of a diplomatic academy (with university accreditation). Development of overall project planning and sourcing of project management resources. Later responsible for the development of the curriculum and the recruitment of students, as well as supporting role in the overall project management. By now the academy has graduated 4 years of post-graduate diploma students and started delivering an accredited masters decree program.
