UX/UI Designer

C. S. worked for our company as an independent UX & UI Designer from 06.01.2020 to 30.06.2020 and supported us in the conception of the Self-Service Platforms (Service Customer Journeys) BuB Bescheinigung & Beschwerde project for Signal Iduna.
The customer Signal Iduna is a large financial services company with the core focus on insurance. The project was to discover, plan and build digital solutions for the clients customers (B2C), employees (B2B2C) and partners (B2B) across a wide range of touchpoints.

C. S. had the following tasks in cooperation with our team:
Responsibility for the discovery process and prioritize opportunities according to potential value for users, the business and feasibility

- Helped to digitise and revolutionise insurance services in a user-centered, agile and lean way

- Designed User Interfaces while contributing to the componenten UI Library in a lead position

- Build prototypes, wireframes and mockups to discover new opportunities or validate/invalidate hypothesis

- Helped the team to understand the things we learn in the product discovery and enabled them to collaborate closely in those efforts

- Collaborated closely with the team to ensure we only build things which create the most impact for users and the business while maximizing the work not done

- Supported the team in the refinement process by creating user flows, wireframes or other artefacts to illustrate your concepts

- Educated and coached the whole team about UX concepts and User Experience methods
