Ph.D student & Teacher at FaraDars

I obtained my MSc and BSc Degrees from the faculty of electrical engineering at Zanjan university which is located in Zanjan, Iran. Currently, I am passing my Ph.D at Iran university of Sicence and technology (IUST).

I am M. K. and now I am a Ph.D. student at Iran University of Science and Technology. I obtaind my BSc and MSc from the faculty of electrical engineering at Zanjan university which is located in Zanjan, Iran. I reached forth place among 25 students during BSc, second place among 11 students during MSc and first place among 4 students durning PhD. Durning BSc and MSc, My field was RFIC Design. I designed a PLL for my BSc thesis and a VCO for MSc. I am really interested in designing RF Circuits. Plus, I published 5 articles in this field. Moreover, I am familiar with some important and usable IC design Softwares, such as Hspice, ADS, Cadence, AWR and Pspice.
I am now working in Sobhe Shaghayegh Communication Engineering Corporation in Qum. The most projects that I am working on them is about designing power amplifiers.

Designing RF Circuit in discrete and integrated mode like Power amlifier, LNA, VCO and etc.
Familiar with some circuit simulator software like AWR, Cadence, ADS, Pspice and HSPICe.
Familiar with measurement devices like Spectrum Analyzer, Signal generator and etc.
