Delivery Manager
Act as an interface to the client
- Establish the delivery model and provide delivery commitment.
- Participate in steering committees.

- Monitor integration of new comers.
- Identify development needs for team leads or subordinates and ways to accomplish it.
- Monitor motivation grade of the subordinates.
- Run the one-on-one discussions, set objectives and run performance reviews.
- Participate in the hiring process.
- Identify key persons/ high performers and involve them in special programs.
- Identify low performers, involve them in improvements plans, and monitor the results.

Develop Back end side and Front end side in Connected Drive Platform for BMW customer.
CDP is an online platform providing services to BMW drivers.
Through CDP the driver can get information about points of interests, travel information, entertainment or business information into
the car, or from the internet send information (eg. route plans) to the car.
Responsibilities:
Integrate new content providers for local search (eg: Navitime, SemaConnect, Kingwaytek, MobiE etc)
Update and re-brush the GUI interface (internet portal and vehicle portal).
Used Technologies:
Java SE, JEE, REST Microservices, SOAP Web Services, Docker, Payara Glassfish, Open Shift cloud solution.
SOAP UI Test, Junit Tests, Maven, SVN.
The collaboration with BMW was done through NTTData.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the communication with the customers, third parties and internal organizations.
- Organize the transfer from project/installation team to support team.
- Organize and supervise the work of team member for a well balanced workload (based on short daily meetings).
- Follow up bug fixing, deliveries and installation of maintenance patches.
- Actively participate or follow up/review in root cause analyzes.
- Asses the required competences and track the skills development of each technical support engineer.
