Key Initiatives:
• Developed story telling dashboards in Tableau Desktop and published them on to Tableau Server which allowed end

the views and dashboards were displaying the changed data accurately.

Led the design and development of QlikView & QlikSense projects based on user requirements. Worked closely with Business users,
Interacted with ETL developers, Project Managers, and members of the QA teams.
Key Initiatives:
• Gathered Business Requirements, interacted with the Users, Project Manager and SMEs to get a better understanding of the Business Processes.
• Developed dashboards track services and service order information as well as to monitor various KPIs. Dashboards included customer detail drilldowns, threshold gauges and alerting mechanisms.
• Experience in error handling and debugging of reports, handling production issues like report failures, missing counts in reports, resolving synthetic keys & circular loops.
• Performed Script development, script functions, script variables, inline load, QVWs, QVDs, set analysis and section access.
