- Provide technical guidance and mentorship
Vendor management:
- Identify and select third-party providers
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliverables are met
- Manage vendor relationship and communication
Development oversight:
- Ensure adherence to development best practices and standards
- Monitor progress and maintain project schedule
- Conduct code reviews and quality assurance
- Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making
Testing and validation:
- Develop test plans and strategies
- Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), performance testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Coordinate and conduct disaster recovery drills
- Track and manage defects and resolutions
- Validate system performance, security, and compliance
Deployment and release management:
- Plan and coordinate system deployment and release
- Implement change management processes
- Monitor system performance and address issues
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to end users
Milestone and Project closure:
- Conduct project post-mortem and lessons learned
- Document and archive project artifacts
- Release resources and transition to operations
