Within the last 6 years, I have successfully managed to show strong leadership skills and a significant change mentality towards team success. My experience of the past 10 years working at Corporate Strategy, Consulting, and Product Strategy departments, international markets- and on the headquarter level has given me the opportunity to understand all market channels and the entire spectrum of the value chain of the Automotive Industry and beyond.

Working among the world’s most important automobile markets and in the strategic consultancy has given me a bright and deep insight into today’s dynamic markets and customers’ needs. Further, the opportunity to study and work in more than six countries has given me the chance to adapt to new environments and challenges. In addition, I have been managing projects with diverse teams in over 25 markets to strengthen the market position and proving customers with unique brand experiences. This has provided me a distinctive understanding of growing the business’ scope while maintaining cultural sensitivity.
