As a Software/Safety Project Engineer, this was completely a different challenge, working in Waterfall mode, lots of meetings, approvals, infinite level of documentation, I worked on 3 main projects:
 Implementation of Software Change Requests for the Bombardier BR490 TCMS. The objective was to implement SCRs for several functional blocks of the TCMS, following the V&V process, according to the standard EN50128 (Germany).
 Safety Management (RAMS): Supporting safety activities and analysis for the Bombardier TRAXX AC3 VR02 project supervised by the Safety Manager. (Germany)
 System Analyses of the Human Machine Interface for Bombardier TRAXX MSDC VR09 locomotive. The main activities on this project consisted in analyses of the old specification and cross check with the new requirements. (Sweden).

 Facilities, a completely new product the company wanted to get on the market, all was given was an idea, we had to design the whole solution, build a multi-platform application for facilities management to create orders, manage personal, stocks, maintenance routines, open tickets, etc. with multi-level access. We had to fix and change fast with feedback from the first clients. We learned and grown a lot from multiple mistakes and the experience of getting something new on the market. It was the first time for the most of us start working with 2f authentication, notifications, online payments, real-time data, analytics, setting up servers, configure automated deployments, huge number of DB tables, getting on meetings directly with the client.
