Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and complex data to create a functional 
user experience for new products and features via an agile sprint environment. Work with product engineers to identify new product improvement opportunities. Work in Figma and use design systems to design mockups by strategically implement images, colors, fonts, and other elements to improve the aesthetics of a product. Coordinate with other designers to ensure consistent and accurate communication for design style. Present high-fidelity designs to stakeholders.

Projects: Dashboards, payment touch screen kiosks, websites, and mobile apps.
Big clients include: Allstate Insurance, McKinsey Consulting, eBay, Healthcare.com, Lufthansa.

Deliver mood boards, style guides, concept sketches, storyboards, paper prototypes, interactive mobile designs, and designed UIs. Provide input on design systems. Engage in concepting and exploration. Mentor colleagues. Demonstrate strong empathy for the user and appreciation for business drivers. Deliver value to the business through well-crafted and timely work. Work independently as well as collaborate with a cross-functional team. Assist with note taking when the researcher and UX lead conduct user interviews. Collaborate with the Incubation team to come up with innovative products. Projects include: ai chatbot to help new members choose a new health plan, design systems, re-design of public website, create interactive ux prototypes + ui/visual design for mobile and desktop for internal applications and agent/consumer websites.

Create comps from wireframes for our client Humana Healthcare. Communicate effectively with the client, and work with an internal team to both assist and vet design decisions with developers. Plan concept by studying information and materials. Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, front-end developers, and executives.
