Servant leader of groups of 5-10 agile teams (Agile Release Trains or ART’s) who make and implement software for the last mile logistics of PostNL.
• Aligning the teams with the goals of the organization and assisting them in delivering value.
• Implementing the SAFe framework within the organization.
• Starting up and leading new agile release trains.
• Guiding multiple big IT projects towards a truly agile approach. Including the highest prioritized IT project of that time. Results of this change were 50% cycle time reduction and achieving the goals half a year earlier.
• Facilitating the creation of a product vision, product roadmap and clear goals. And the translation of these goals into a transparent feature backlog.
• Facilitating and improving cross team (ART level) processes and events (onsite and online).
