I spent most of the time in various international projects planning and supporting process of building various telecommunication networks: circuit and IP based, leading planners and taking part in bid processes . Prepared business cases including pricing, reviewed and approved Work Packages. Worked with Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens now NSN, Huawei, NEC, Harris, Nera, , P-com technologies using their planning tools. Learned different corporate cultures, their internal values and approaches. Thinking lateral with good problem solving organized project teams and quick, reliable ways of obtaining information so the processes were going smoothly (it was my typical approach especially in not clearly defined environments). Widely used software tools and experience to have the control required to accomplish projects on time, within budget, and at a high level of technical quality. MBA studies were kind of summarizing and getting very good overview of good practices and approaches in managing projects and various challenges in different companies.
