- Stakeholder management
- Organization of the "Real Estate Innovation Hub" to bring together real estate experts across the group and report on digital disruptions, market trends or the status of REDC (including inviting external speakers)
- Documentation and tracking of project progress as well as regular review of open to-dos
- Risk Management
- Ensuring that internal project standards are met (quality management)
- Ensuring that the project is "on time", "on scope" and "on budget".

Prince2 Agile certified Project Manager | Business Analyst | Real Estate

Having studied Management (Construction | Real Estate| Infrastructure) I started my career as a Junior Consultant in a real estate investment firm. This job included the following tasks:

- Redevelopment of investment properties
- Market analysis/ acquisition
- Builders’ representation
- Rental/ distribution
- Sale lease back for non-performing loans

During this time I deepened my real estate knowledge, my sales skills and I started to digitize the company and its workflows, as I was tired of printing hundreds of documents every day. Along with my job, I got certified as a surveyor and as a property manager and regulary attended several workshops/classes.

After 3 years, I changed jobs and started working for an American consulting firm. In my new role as a business analyst, I supported large software implementation projects in the area of Integrated Workplace Manamgent Systems or facility management software solutions. In my new position, I acted as the interface between the business side and the IT development team. It was part of my job to:

- Organize and hold workshops with the business team
- Gather and define requirements (requirement engineering)
- Create use cases
- Analyze, model and improve business processes
- Support the implementation of new software solutions
- Develop business / support sales team
- Lead smaller internal projects

It has always been my dream to run my own business, so in 2021 I decided to start AVIVA Projects GmbH together with a friend from university. AVIVA offers the following real estate services:

- Evaluation
- Brokerage
- Investment
- ESG Consulting (Real Estate)

In parallel, I got certified as a Prince2 Agile Project Manager and started the NPValues brand. I advise my clients on their way to become more digitized and support large software implementation projects as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
