◦ I was responsible for installing, configuring maintaining office Hardware, Software & Internal
Network (Switch and routers) for Aleat Offices (In Central Site, Albanian offices and
Embassy/Consulate Offices)
◦ Troubleshoot and maintain depending on different issues the employees might have.
◦ Providing a solution or escalating the issue to responsive units, within the SLA.
◦ Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
◦ Monitor certificates and make sure to replace them on their validity, also create documentation for
each change.
◦ Creating and deploying PowerShell scripts regarding feature updates on the system files. Deployement of the changes via Ansible AWX.
◦ Testing and replacing all damaged devices.

◦ Customer Support & troubleshooting on daily issues for PSTN, ISDN & VOIP services.
◦ Routing international traffic towards preferred destinations, based on monthly reports,
◦ Physical and Virtual Platform Support & Maintenance as per clients’ requests. (3CX servers were
installed, implemented and maintained by our unit)
◦ Support & Troubleshoot on TDM & VOIP Trunks, national or international, and follow up with
respective carrier on any problem not resolved from our side.
