Enterprise Compensation Management, Personnel Development, Talent Management, E-recruitment, Organizational Management, Training and Events/Learning Solution and Personnel Administration), SAP Business Workflow and integration with SAP Enterprise Portal (MSS/ESS).

- Certified PRINCE2 Project Manager adept at design, implementation and managing end-to-end customer solutions, rollout of pilot projects and post-implementation corroboration, incl. creation of detailed project plans, management of small teams, preparation of specific documentation flow.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical design, which ensures compliance to predefined client system architecture, business process management goals and SAP standards.

- Excellent technical understanding of SAP ERP Customizing, ABAP OO, SAP HR Authorizations, SAP Enterprise Portal/ Cloud Portal, SaaS Technology, JS XS Applications and HTML5.
