( SAP: ECC, APO, SNC etc- Implementation)

Responsible for development and rollout of SNC template to countries within the Asia-AMET region (U2K2 scope), as part of solution delivery organization. Communicate to lipase with many internal & external parties.
Responsible for successful execution of all phases ( Design, Implementation& Cutover, Intensive Care Support, Knowledge of the life cycle for the allocated application area/s.
Development and Optimization or Simplification of regional template
Country workshops ( design, blueprint) and support in Test- and Golive-Phases
Change Requests (Enhancements) that may arise from workshops. Expectation is to have none, except where it is a legal requirement or a new process not addressed by the existing template
Configuration as required for country, as well as any related to new Change Requests (main scenario or interfaces)
Ensure any development eg ABAP is clearly communicated to the developer
Ensure key users are trained so they can conduct tests effectively & ensure they are capable to train the rest of the business users
Cutover& Intensive Care Support and Knowledge Transfer to Support team ( Accenture)

Went live with countries:
Australia, New Zealand, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Maghreb& Mashreb, Arabic Emirates and Saudi Arabia, Phillipines etc.
Currently implementing in Japan, Africa, Russia, Turkey and Sri Lanka.

Global SPM ( Spare Parts Management)Project (SCM 5.1 ve SCM 7.0) of programs to migrate MD to APO and ECC
Feasibility study including activities for sign-off by business, Blueprint, Global Template, System config, SCM 7.0 upgrade
Development and validation of highly integrative business scenarios (ERP, EWM, SCM with SPP, ICH, legacy sistems)
Implementation and Validation of Interfaces (XI, CIF, CRM Middleware) and SPP-Functions

SAP-Beraterin angestellt bei SAP Consulting Germany/ Walldorf:

Untertützung der Kunden und der SAP-Entwicklung beim Strategischen Entwicklungsprojekt der SAP ( Allianz der Firma SAP mit den Firman Caterpillar und Ford): CATFORD.

Aufnahme und Umsetzung der Geschaftsprozesse im Procurement-Bereich, systemübergreifend.

Unterstützung der SAP-Entwickler mit Fokus auf bestmögliche Umsetzung der Geschaftsprozesse von unterschiedlichen Kunden unterschiedlicher Branchen und Firmenkulturen.
Customizing und Testen sowie Testerunterstützung der SPP-Funktionen mit Fokus auf Integration über mehrere Systeme ( SAP ECC-EWM-CRM-SNC-SPP).
Expertenkenntnisse in den einzelnen Funktionbereichen ( SCM-SNC un SCM-SPP) sowie der Integration ( XI( PI), CIF, CRM-Middleware usw).
Kundenprasentationen und Trainings sowie Prasentationen beim SAP-Management.
