SDP Implemented HP ServiceCenter with BP4SC for Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Configuration Management, DecisionCenter (Business Objects + ETL + Universe for HPSC) for data warehousing & reporting and many interfaces using Connect-It.
