Integration of service products in the leasing quotation/contract (CRM 5.2). Developing customer specific change requests.

Developing customer enhancements for sales, service and marketing. Especially creating actions in CRM and developing BAdIs. Also the creation of customer specific business server pages (bsp) was part of the development.

Standard development in the Leasing NT (standard technology) project. Responsible for the new requirement packages Contract Classification and Multiple Payers. This included writing design specifications and developing the new requirements afterwards.

Standard development within the UI-Framework area for CRM 5.1.

9/2005 – 12/2005

Created Early Demo System for CRM 5.0 Leasing, function including Middleware configuration, master data creation, transaction and item category customizing, pricing and condition customizing, contract change, billing and leasing accounting handling, credit checking, word integration, IC WebClient (FCC)integration, interface to FI-CA, FI-AA., and refinancing solution.
CRM 5.0 pre launch testing and usability documentation.

Actively engaged in customizing for Customer Relationship Management (Organizational Model, Business Partners, Products, Individual Objects and Conditions) and Leasing and Asset Management (Transactions, Change Processes).
Developed function modules for customized quotation generation and validation.
Developed customer enhancements for synchronizing billing in CRM and R/3.
Developed inbound and outbound interfaces in ABAP to link the SAP system to ancillary systems.
