R&D Innovative Technologies & Multimedia Department: Plays a key role in CRM related projects functioning as a developer/ consultant. Key responsibilities include:
Business processes analysis (analysis, design, documentation).
Design, configuration and implementation of Siebel Call Center (v.7.8/8.1).
Siebel Tools (Complex User Interface/ Business/ Data Layer configuration, Business Services, Workflows/ Policies and scripting).
Global deployment implementation (Siebel multilingual configuration).
Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) development (create/run/monitor).
Application Deployment Manager (ADM).
Administration/ Installation and configuration of Siebel Application Server.
Email response administration (incoming/outcoming emails configuration).
Experience in system upgrade project (Siebel Call Center v. 7.8 to 8.1).
Siebel process and application testing.
UAT (Coordinating UAT with client).
End user training.
Gained considerable experience from participation in a number of international Siebel CRM implementation projects, most notably:
Israel National Lottery (Israel: 2011 current).
OPAP Group (Greece: 2011 current).
De Lotto & De Nederlandse Staatsloterij (Netherlands: 2009-2011).
National Lottery & La Marocaine des Jeux et des Sports (Morocco: 2010).
Ohio Lottery (USA: 2008-2009).
