Metro Cash and Carry International focus on Food- und Non-Food-wholesale worldwide in 30 countries. MCRM COD is an Ordering System used world-wide by the customer. It contains the complete pricing functionalities based on Store Price Lists, Catalogs and Customer Agreements.

Responsibilities:
Design and Development of integration and Export of data to several external systems based on a subscriber framework.

Deutsche Bahn AG is the leading Transport- und Logistic service provider in Germany. Deutsche Bahn AG is using Siebel 7.7 as its customer Management System. This System is mainly used as an Ordering and complaint management system. Therefore it was planned to implement the Siebel CTI functionallity in communication with an IVR System.

Responsibilities:
Design functional concept for CTI Integration for one of Germany largest Transportation companies for inbound calls, outbound calls and routing within Siebel in combination with an IVR Station. The ACD was based on SAP BCM. Modeling tool used was Arcray.

The Volkswagen Group Fleet Management (Atomium) is part of the Groupwide implementation of a wide range of New Application Platforms (NVS) to support the end-to-end Business Customer Prozess. The main focus of Atomium is on the Business Customers Fleet Management. The aim is to have one single platform which contains not only existing Customers with their Fleet Contracts but also to hold companies as a prospects for potential Fleet Business.

Therefore Siebel was chosen as Application Platform and Riverland Solution as main Supplier due to its deep knowledge in Siebel as well as in the Automotive industry processes.


Responsibilities:
Definition and Development of Interfaces for Products, Bonus, International Bonus Agreements using MSB using Inbound Web Services via IBM Webshere.
Design of migration strategy using Siebel EIM for several Objects through Oracle Staging Area based on SQL.
Creation of SQL Scripts and Procedures to load repository Information and LOVs into Staging Area for Data validation and manipulation and loading into Siebel
Development of Validation and Import Rules based on Oracle SQL

Lead of external and internal developers (3 Developers) to Integrate third Party Application and Interfaces.

Integration of external generated PDF and XML structured datas. Integration of eReview application for displaying PDF in external Application for further processing.
Integration of Track and Trace functionality of a Shipment, using outbound Web service for synchronic functionality and combination of outbound and inbound Web Services for asynchrony functionality. Data Mapping with workflow and Siebel Data Mapper.
Integration of keyword list and keyword attributes provided by external Web application using Siebel Inbound Web service. Mapping by eScript.
