- design enclosures (19inch, ATR, military - desktop, rackmount, portable) for electronics using
Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4 + PLM
- development of IP67 & IP68 (total protection against any particle intrusion) enclosures subjected to
shock and vibrations
- design standard and custom chassis and enclosures for commercial, industrial and rugged (COTSMIL)
environments
- chassis platforms for standards based architectures (VME64X, CPCI, CPCI serial, VPX, VXS, ATCA,
microTCA)
- optimization of older designs, according to customer's requirements

All above mentioned activities were carried out in close collaboration with Elma.de in Pforzheim

10/1996 – 4/2003

-design various types of enclosures for electronics (surveillance & security field),using AutoCAD
(+AutoLisp) and later Catia and ProEngineer
-rapid prototyping in CAD
-assist manufacturing process of designed prototypes, gained experience in manufacturing
technologies of solid and sheet metal parts (CNC milling, punching, press brake machines)
