Bei diversen multinationalen Implementierungs-, Migration-, und Roll-out Projekten in Unterschiedlichen Branchen habe ich Erfahrungen in der Anwendung und Umsetzung von folgenden Projekt Management Methoden und Werkzeugen (MS Office; MS Project; P3e Primavera; PMI; V-Modelle; Balanced Score Card; EVA; etc.) sammeln können.

Mein primärer Tätigkeitsbereich war/ ist folgender:

Außer dem war ich als „central PMO“ der Hauptverantwortliche für die Einhaltung und Umsetzung von PMI; ITIL; prince2 und SOX Standards, hierbei stand ich den jeweiligen Projekt Managern bzw. „Work stream leadern“ unterstützend und beratend zur Seite in dem Ich an der Entwicklung von Templates; Reports; „Reviewprozessen“ und Project Plans beteiligt gewesen bin. Desweiteren war ich verantwortlich für die zentrale Ablage und Pflege von Projekt relevanten Dokumenten über „SharePoint“ und „central shared drive“.
Daneben war ich ebenfalls für alle administrativen Tätigkeiten im Projekt verantwortlich.
