4/2008 – 9/2008

Roll out project, where the global business template already created during “Biosensors International” implementation. As a team lead, I'm in charge of SAP PP/QM team. As a Team Lead PP/QM, I'm responsible for creating actions plans, Task assignments and Lead team through all the project phases and made the technical knowledge transfer and QA for all the customization done by the team. As team lead, report directly to the Project Manager and The PP/QM consist of 2 consultant and 1 team lead.

PP/QM scope includes integration with SOP, DM, MRP, CRP, SFC, using PP for discrete Manufacturing, batch management, classification, PO subcontracting and Quality Goods receipt for production order.

2/2007 – 3/2008

This is a big bang project implementation involving 4 production plant site (US, Singapore, Japan and Netherlands). I'm in charge of SAP PP/QM module and responsible for creating global business template and do fit gap analyst for specific country requirement, configuration for global and specific entity, Integration test, UAT test, Data migration and Support go live.

PP/QM scope includes integration with SOP, DM, MRP, CRP, SFC, using PP for discrete Manufacturing, batch management, classification, PO subcontracting and Quality Goods receipt for production order.

1/2006 – 2/2007

Mulia Industry is one of the biggest multinational industries in Indonesia. This project was a big and complex SAP implementation. This Implementation impacted three different entities and nine manufacturing sites at the same time, such as: PT Mulia Glass Float (four manufacturing sites), PT Mulia Glass Container (four manufacturing sites), and PT Mulia Glass Safety (one manufacturing sites).

My role in this project is a team Lead for PP-PI/QM/IS-MILL module and I'm responsible for creating actions plans, Task assignments and Lead team through all the project phases and made the technical knowledge transfer and QA for all the customization done by the team. As a team lead, report directly to the Project Manager. This team consist of 3 consultant and 1 team lead.

PPPI/QM/IS_MILL scopes include integration with SOP, DM, MPS, MRP, CRP, SFC, order combine, product costing, batch management, classification, Handling Unit, object decencies, Incoming inspection, In process inspection and goods receipt inspections.

8/2004 – 12/2005

This is an end to end implementation where the Implementation impacted eight manufacturing sites within Mulia Industry: Floor Tile Manufacturing (four sites) and Wall Tile Manufacturing (four sites). Eight Manufacturing site become one Plants got into SAP environment at the same time as part of a strategic business decision to obtain SAP 4.71 as core system for all business processes.

I'm responsible for PP-PI/QM/IS-MILL module, involve in a full cycle implementation from Designing blue print, configuration/customizing, Integration testing, UAT, Data migration and Support go live.

SAP PP-PI/QM/ IS_MILL feature implemented in this project: Sales Operation Planning, Master Planning Scheduling, Capacity Requirement Planning, Process Order Processing, Product costing, MRP, MPS, Handling Unit, Object dependencies, Order combination, incoming inspection, in process inspection and goods receipt inspection.
