On a Vodafone Group perspective, currently the Technical Lead responsible for the analysis and the review of the Technical solutions for centrally rolled-out projects from a Vodafone Global perspective.
Provide the technical knowledge for all the Roaming products on Group level.

In charge of a team composed of specialists, dedicated to providing technical knowledge, business processes analysis and operations for 15 countries with business units belonging to Tele2. Working following the ITIL procedures
The group also takes care of Rating and Roaming configurations, Test, Support and Operations, for both Post-paid and Prepaid billing and surrounding systems (OSS & BSS), like SGSN, GGSN, NGIN (Intelligent network), Mediation, Fraud systems, Switches, and Order Intake systems. An example of the countries we work for are Croatia, Austria, France, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Norway etc.

1/2004 – 5/2006

Working as a Senior Business Analyst Consultant in Sweden in charge of all technical aspects, Procurement, supply chain set up, architectural and business alignment processes for all Tele2 countries in the Billing migration project for 24 countries to a new billing system, Single View.
