The freelancer has been employed within Siemens in Munich for several years in the Standard-Software-Development department as Test Manager for “KORDOBA”. Adjacent to that he accepted the first project leadership with the „Munich Re“.
Starting from 1984, was Project Manager of “SIC” (Swiss Interbank Clearing) for 192 regional banks / Swiss Nationalbank in Zuerich - resulted in founding finally DAREV ENGINEERING AG, in Switzerland in 1988. Working since then for various banks, insurances, air lines, software developers and automobile companies (in Europe, South Africa, USA, China, India and Asia) as Project-, Quality- & Test-Manager; ramp up, coaching and auditing Management Systems (on basis of PMI, CMMI, PRINCE 2, ITIL, etc.).
In 2012 choached and prepared client to pass Chinese govermental Audit Assessment for E-Cas successfully.

Founder of ITPM (Project- and Quality Management System) for the entire BMW Group
Founder of MPM (Management Process Model) and set-up an integrated Management System (incl.
environmental topics) for the entire BMW Group as a pre-condition for an successful Certification in
acount to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, EFQM, Malcolm Baldridge) - including concept, set-up, introduction
and training
Take over the role of Quality Management-Representative (international projects/process chains)
and EFQM-Assessor
Auditing / certification of QM-Systems (Lead Auditor with TüV) – including IT departments and IT
supplier
Operative Project Manager / Coach on all levels in international projects (e.g. SAP implementation
within BMW Group, product launches)
Set-up and prioritization of project portfolios; decision assistance in the Outsourcing; criteria for the
selection of strategic partners
Set up and established Process and Risk Management as “Early Warning System”
