Various international projects. Beginning with transformation projects (like carve Out) to consollidation and migration projects regarding Network, Voice and WAN.
Planning, ordering, tracking, reporting to a steering board and controlling of all affected units to change over the network-, voice and wan providers.
Also the planning and set up of a new, whole infrastructure was required. (e.g. Fibre/Network/Cable/WLAN/Cabinets)

Carve Out Project leader with the responsibility of planning, controlling and realizing all necessary tasks within a customer based delivery unit.
Hotspots: LAN / WAN / Voice and building seperation.

6/2006 – 9/2006

As Roll-Out & Relocation Manager i´ve worked with a team of Delivery Units and Suppliers on different customer locations .
The Challange was to set up a new Voice System (Roll Out) in a existing Building in Sync with a Employee relocation.

1/2006 – 6/2006

Project Manager in several Network and Infrastructure Seperation Projects.
The main focus was on LAN / WAN and Voice seperation.
Planning, ordering and controlling of diffrent tasks (e.g. network adress change / adjustment of contracts...)

5/2004 – 1/2006

Together with a team we´ve to plan, order and controll with the affected customer and all necessary delivery units and suppliers to ensure a complete relocation in next to no time.
At this it was requisite to move the whole office infrastructure (Lan/Voice/Clints/Server/Furniture...)
There have been single moves up to whole location moves. The average value was up to 35000 workplaces p. a.
