Integrate HR compliance to the Firm’s business objectives; consult with local HR and line managers on overall compensation policies and salary proposals and contribute within the Global Reward function in the review of the global compensation programs for the assigned regions
Manage project plans; evaluate and revise deadlines to ensure timely delivery of critical items; take complete ownership of projects and tasks and helped positioning the company among the premier employers
Manage the alignment of all global and local & regional program designs to McKinsey’s compensation & benefits strategy through consideration of local legal requirements, market and industry trends in program design and desired competitive position advantage.
Lead negotiations and contract designs to meet our business objectives, oversee vendor performance and relationships, familiarise vendors with McKinsey culture and expectations, continually challenge vendors for new and efficient service delivery, proactively address any customer service and performance issues
Trusted partner to the Global Mobility group when devising schemes or arrangements suitable to various types of transfer to and from various locations or country moves
Ensure the delivery and administration of local and global benefits and the coaching and development of local HR/Comp/Ben administrative staff

am a Global HR Specialist with a full range of successful experience in large professional multinational organizations. Although I have a strong focus on global benefits and rewards management, my expertise lends itself to all areas of HR management. My capabilities include strong collaborative partnering skills with global colleagues and creative problem solving. I am highly skilled in providing HR counsel, training and development.

It is my belief that my years working in global HR and Personnel management and development in matrix organizations have given me a solid background that may be a good fit the position described. I would bring with me to the position an extensive knowledge of personnel management and coaching, expertise in international recruiting, rewards and benefits strategies, and strong communications and collaboration skills.
