Analysis
• Gathering and defining requirement with SME and Workshops;
• Gathering and analysis of KPIs for different departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operation, etc.);
Design
• Design and development of QlikView MI Dashboards and Reports;
• Creating user friendly and understandable UI;
• Designing KPIs with complex Set Analysis, comparison with previous years, forecast;
• Implementing dynamic QR codes and Google maps integration;
• Data enrichment, Ranges, inline tables, mapping;
Implementation
• Design and implementation of Full SDLC in international content;
• Implementation of data extraction, data processing and consolidation from different sources Systems (SQL, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Custom Web Services and Excel);
• Improvement of data quality in source systems based on data analysis to ensure correctness and accuracy with regular status feedback to the responsible business stakeholders;
• ETL and efficient load scripts for data marts, creating QWDs/QVDs;

System administration & Support
• Configuration and maintenance for QlikView Enterprise Server and QlikView Publisher (Clustering, scheduling, distribution, web access, security, etc.);
• Management and 1st/2nd/3rd level support for 250+ QlikView Users and 10 Business Analyst across Europe;
User Training
• Providing workshops/training to Business Analyst and key Business Users on analysis and Report design;
Project Management / Business Analysis
• Analyse Workshops, requirements gathering, documentation and validation against the implementation;
• Liaising with Business and Stakeholders in creating Business Cases;
• Managing Expectations and planning implementation phases;
• Appraising and scoping of new projects, incl. Budgets, estimates, initial cost plus maintenance cost;
• Change Management and Release Management with coordinated support from local and 3rd party teams;
• Designing and implementing international Solutions, full life cycle process for QlikView Solutions;
