NAS layer Software maintenance and support

• Enhancements, Code cleanups, optimizations, maintenance and support for NAS components, host environments, and tools (both Linux shell scripts and Perl scripts).
• Design, Enhancements, cleanups, maintenance and support of the SDL and NVRAM implementations for protocol stack.
• Maintenance and support for gluelayer implementations, gluelayers are implemented to interact between SDL and non-SDL based protocol stacks.
• Analysis and resolution of bug reports for both issues detected by internal and customer teams.
• Technical support to customers and platforms.
• Support for resolving software integration issues.
• Implemented pre-integration validations for NAS components, maintenance, and support for the team.
• Performed Code reviews for the peers.
• Created documents for NVRAM and other implementations.
• Support to the team for Clearcase, SDL, software issues during pre-integration validation, host environment issues & maintenance, Tools, BullsEye.
• Worked with following softwares during this time: C, C++, Clearcase, GIT, Telelogic Tau SDL, Perl, tcsh, bash, Rational PureCoverage, Bullseye code coverage, Doxygen documentation tool, Linux, Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
