As-Is study and process design to improve optimization for green coffee utilization. Focus was on bean flexibility and to improve legacy optimization tools and business processes to better integrate with the installed SAP ERP suite.

CF INDUSTRIES, PROCESS OWNER CAPITAL PROJECTS / FIXED ASSETS 2011 - 2013
$6.5B North American leader for fertilizer products after merging with Terra Ind. In 2009.
Team Lead for the CF Advance project to harmonize business process between CF and Terra based on the new SAP solution. Responsible process owner for fixed assets (US$ 7B) and internal orders with responsibility to align the processes with the budgeting system based on BPC. Supported the legal entity project which reorganized, combined and simplified the organizational structure (company codes) for CF. Enabled CF to handle major investments and plant extensions over the next 5 years working with the finance department as well as 10 plant operations.

KRAFT NORTH AMERICA (US AND CANADA) 2010 - Feb 2011

Team Lead for Fixed Asset responsible to help the multiple year SAP implementation with their finance system go-live. Responsible to reorganize the fixed asset effort, focus on data cleansing and data harmonization, and to move the sub team be a early adopter for project processes.

10/2005 – 12/2009

$2B North American leader for products, systems and services, automates facility infrastructures and ensures energy efficiency.


Managed team of 9 analysts while directing all support activities related to finance and controlling. Accountable for the sustainment of error management through skilled end user communication and monthly financial department review. Directed all aspects of project deployments for 2 districts during System One (complete SAP ERP implementation including project system and service module) roll-out.

Key Achievements:
• Retooled Financials Support team and reduced average lead time for change requests in from 77 to 31 days.
• Improved the overall month end reporting quality by redefining the monthly and daily settlement process and reducing settlement errors by 95%.
• Supported all SOX and globally required FI/CO change requests with minimal impact on SBT portfolio projects and committed change requests.
• Managed two service districts go-live during the roll-out waves including site preparation, data conversion, field personal training and post go live support. Both districts won award for being fastest to be back to normal operations after the roll-out (districts were part of different roll-out waves).

Managed strategic projects including SAP solution roll-outs and "Sunset" of legacy ERP solutions. Member of the North American SAP Center of Competence.

Key Achievements:
• Successfully managed all logistics modules for the 2003 roll-out of the worldwide Siemens Medical SAP solution to two US manufacturing divisions. The project included all major SAP modules including EDM, providing an FDA regulated engineering change process as well as documented management and electronic signatures.
• 'Sunset' of legacy AS/400 system including data availability for inquiries.
