• Acts as a central point of communication between PD engineers, Suppliers, Program Management, STA, Manufacturing, and Otosan Purchasing

• Led the team through program gateways and events on time and with integrity versus gateway commitments.

• Supported and Chaired functional team meeting i.e. OTG, Shortage. PSW, Part Pedigree, Tech Review. Start up , CMM, AIMS and cross-functional team meetings.

• Analyzed and managed program delivery requirements, key work streams and critical path processes.

• Facilitated/ led development of and timely completion of resolution plans by cross functional teams.

• Co-ordinated and managed preparation of program status and metrics to support team reviews and management reviews.

• Analyzed program risks and opportunities and communicated appropriately

• Solved PSW and PPAP roadblocks

• Utilised tools such as WERS and Teamcenter to update part status and changes

• Developed and maintained Body Structures Status Report .

• Followed up on the development of team/individual work plans in support of program specific .

• Assisted in the integration of these plans to provide a consolidated total program work plan
