Experience:

20+ years experience from senior management positions with Ernst & Young and IBM Global Services, working in M&A transformations, outsourcing, IT and risk advisory as global program manager and consulting partner.

Worked closely with C-Level Management in various industries i.e. Financials, Utilities, Manufacturing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Automotive, IT & Software, TMT, Airlines and the Chemicals Industry. Led cross-functional and intercultural project teams in global matrix organizations in Europe, Asia, and the USA.

Advised in the course of 100+ corporate and private equity transactions, conducting due diligence, investigating transaction risks including transformation issues, cost saving and synergy potentials as well as restructuring and growth opportunities.

Broad experience in managing M&A transformation programs involving business and IT strategy alignment including growth strategies, the development and implementation of business processes along the value chain, making organizational alignments, investigating outsourcing and shared service opportunities, and implementing digital transformation programs.


Executive M&A Transition Advisory & Board Services:

M&A Transition & Transformation Support i.e. due diligence, separation and integration planning, SPA negotiatons and adjustments, setup and deployment of carve-out transitions and post merger integration programs

Board Services i.e. independent project reviews, assessment and assurance, project health checks, expert opinions, risk management with focus strategy, operations and technology, executive coaching and mediation
