As a Lead Business Analyst my responsibilities included,
• Actively engage and own (in parts) the end to end design and delivery phases.

• Suggest business changes and process improvements which adds value to the deliverable and helps to achieve the business objectives.
• Manage business owners/ stakeholders successfully in order to achieve successful implementation of the COTS product with minimal customisation.
• Ensuring that the new processes are fit for purpose across the operational Teams and customer and are affiliated with the client organisation’s policies.
• Stakeholder management from various parts of the business.
• Lead and Guide junior team members and provide necessary support as part of the training process.
• Assign work packages to the other team members.
• Conduct internal reviews to maintain quality of the deliverables.

Über mich

I am a very proactive and self-motivated individual. I have been actively involved in extracurricular activities since my school days. I am a theatre artist and have worked in various theatre productions. I have been involved with amateur theatre for past 20 years.
I am very passionate about scuba diving and have recently acquired my PADI Open Water Diver certification and in future I plan to go through training for the next certification level.
I am also involved with charity work. I work for a charity called Manavya (India) who support orphan HIV positive children. When I was based in India I used to spend my weekends with at this Orphanage and help them with their studies, organise theatre activities as part of personality development undertakings and build their confidence. As I have been away for past few years, I am supporting them financially. I have been involved with this organisation for past 7 years. Also, I have done some volunteering work the local councils in the UK Council for conducting weekend teaching sessions for children and I wish to continue the same here in Germany.
Being part of these kind of activities has helped me a lot in my personal and professional growth. I look at it as my energy source which keeps me driving and brings the best out of me.
